These workshops focus on establishing presence in and with the body, which facilitates the release of stored and suppressed energy and emotions.

We all carry the memory of past trauma in our bodies. It is remembered and stored in our muscles, organs, joins, skin cells, blood, and bones.

It is felt as tight muscles, achy joints, chronic fatigue, low energy, stiffness, immobility, inflexibility, unconscious shallow breathing, irritability, fear, hesitation, depression, frequent illness, structural misalignment, and overall discomfort, disease, and disharmony.

This may be considered normal in today’s world, but it is not natural.

You can release these unnatural pain-patterns by learning to listen to your body’s language and allow it to instinctively and intuitively move itself into natural balance and alignment.

I am here to guide you into deep communication with your body, and support you in emotional and somatic release as you move. Emotion is Energy in Motion. Somatic release is an emotional release through the physical body that frees trapped, suppressed emotion, and dense, stagnant energy.
